Transportation Engineer

As a Transportation Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Cleveland, OH office, you’ll work with project teams to perform transportation impact studies and highway design plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From small, single-tenant shopping centers to regional shopping centers, you’ll take part in collecting the data and performing the analyses required to prepare an impact study, as well as performing the design of driveways, roadways and traffic signals. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you’ll impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
• Previous internship preferred
• Engineering in Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification preferred
• Familiarity of MicroStation/InRoads or similar transportation engineering design softwares
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team setting
