Position Summary:
This role is hands-on and operations-focused, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and efficiency. The Compensation and Benefits Manager will oversee day-to-day compensation and benefits processes, manage two direct reports, and continuously refine programs to improve accuracy, engagement, and reliability. You’ll also be responsible for FLSA classifications, job evaluations, and participating in market surveys to ensure our offerings remain competitive and compliant.
