As a Project Manager with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.’s Ecological Practice, you’ll work with project teams to navigate today’s complex environmental regulatory landscape, helping our commercial, institutional, and mining clients to comply with the federal Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act, and related state regulations. You will manage wetland and stream delineations and ecological field monitoring activities; prepare reports and permit applications; and interact with clients and regulatory agencies. Projects may include any of the following areas of emphasis: wetland and stream assessments, delineations, and mitigation; natural stream channel restoration, construction observation and monitoring; wetland restoration; threatened and endangered species surveys (bats, birds, mussels, and plants); stream biological monitoring (fish and macroinvertebrates).
