Landscape Architect/Project Manager

Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with 5-10 or more years of experience. This individual will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide range of large and small projects. CEC is looking for a self-starter who is motivated to join our team and collaborate in-house with other landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers and land surveyors to assist our clients in the development of private and public sector projects. 

• Project Management;
• CAD design;
• Landscape design;
• Land planning design;
• Public presentations of projects;Site layout and grading;
• Site plan renderings;
• Quality control review of proposed plans;
• Preparation of bid documents/submittal documents;
• Review and preparation of specification;
• Networking and Client Development.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related degree required;
• AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred);
• InDesign;
• PhotoShop (Adobe Suite);
• Lumion;
• GIS (ArcView) – not required but beneficial;
• Verbal and writing communication skills
