As a Water Resources Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) you will be part of a growing team managing the design of water infrastructure for local oil and gas clients. You will have the opportunity to develop projects in West Virginia and the Tri-State area as well as collaborate with colleagues at multiple office locations to provide project services to clients in the oil and gas, public sector and mining markets. You will take part in the design, hydraulic modeling, permitting, CQA inspection of various projects. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you will impact the whole project - from conceptual/planning and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, construction, all the way through project completion and delivery of a functional operation.
