Overview

As a Traffic Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you’ll work with project teams to perform traffic impact studies for our commercial, institutional, residential and municipal clients. From single intersection studies to small, single-tenant shopping centers to regional shopping centers and regional corridors, you’ll take part in collecting the data and performing the analyses required to prepare a traffic study, as well as developing the reports, and interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, - you will impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Civil or Traffic Engineering;
  • 4-8 years’ professional engineering experience;
  • E.I.T. Certification required, P.E. preferred;
  • Proficiency in Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic and Sidra;
  • Ability to speak and write professionally.
