As a Senior Civil / Site Land Development Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) you'll help expand our land development engineering services practice serving clients in both the private and public sector, with a focus on real estate development. This position will manage a variety of land development project types such as retail, residential, senior living, higher education, health care, industrial capital improvements, and public sector improvements such as roadway or utility rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing engineering plans for entitlement and construction, able to work with various regulatory agencies to gain project approval, and able to develop strong business relationships and meet client objectives.
You’ll be responsible for managing and directing active projects with current clients as well as developing the vision and plan for future business development. You will direct and mentor junior staff to educate them on the skills necessary to provide land development engineering services. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and participate at professional and market-specific networking and client development events.
