Human Capital Management Solutions Analyst

The Human Captial Management Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting the HR technology, system maintenance, project/process improvements, report writing, and training. The primary focus of this role is to continue to develop and refine our human resources/financial software. This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, specifically Ceridian Dayforce, iCIMS, Deltek. The Analyst will also serve as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and the subject matter expert ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

  • Lead HR technology initiatives. Develops requirements and works with vendors and users to design and implement programs
  • Improve system efficiency by monitoring system performance and identifying processes that need improvement
  • Support ongoing HCM, ATS, Project & Financial Management upgrades, testing, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned
  • Partner with Ceridian Dayforce Manage Services, iCIMS, Deltek
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HCM users
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing business needs
  • Collaborate across Corporate Functions: HR, IT, Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and reporting activities
  • Act as key resource to our Super HCM Users across the organization who are responsible for data input and integrity
  • Work with internal and external vendors/developers to design, develop and maintain interfaces between systems
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train new system users
  • Maintain system integrity by conducting routine audits
  • Manages internal controls, compliance, and regulatory items
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HCM providers, vendors, and technology


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related area
  • 5+ years of experience in HCM
  • Ceridian Dayforce, iCIMS, Deltek and LMS experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory
  • Strong MS Excel skills preferred
