As a Principal in our Real Estate Development group, you'll lead the process of bringing Commercial Development projects to life. From the development of a brand new distribution facility on a greenfield site to a mixed-use urban re-development, you'll take part in every aspect of the development life cycle, from sourcing work, to determining site feasibility, creating conceptual designs, and leading an engineering team through the design and regulatory review processes, and through construction.
Your day-to-day activities will include strengthening relationships with our existing clients and industry partners, as well as developing new relationships to help grow our real estate project portfolio both locally and nationally. You will guide the internal team and external stakeholders as you navigate Southwestern Pennsylvania’s regulatory environment, and you will also ensure your projects’ financial success and technical excellence by mentoring Project Managers and teams of junior engineers and designers. Your influence throughout the entire project will serve to guide our teams of experienced engineers as they successfully deliver complex and multi-faceted land development projects on time and on budget for our clients.
