As a Solid Waste Engineering Project Manager for CEC in their Greenville, SC office, you will help grow our practice regionally and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from multiple market sectors that include Municipal Solid Waste, Coal-fired Power, and Pulp and Paper. You'll be involved in the design, analyses, permitting, preparation of drawings and technical specifications for waste disposal facilities, including coal combustion residual (CCR) units, and industrial facilities.
You will also work with the Solid Waste Practice Lead to identify opportunities for growth including participating in business development and marketing efforts, and implement marketing and sales strategies to provide sustainable growth of the Practice. You will work with other Practices within CEC to provide an integrated service approach to addressing our client's needs.
• 8-20+ years’ experience in the design, permitting, and document preparation for containment structures from conception through construction and operation;
• Strong professional relationships with Clients in applicable market sector(s)
• B.S. in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering (M.S. a plus);
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure;
• Familiar with federal CCR Rule & Solid Waste Regulations and;
• Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools.
